Meet

Dr. Sharone Shamir, DDS

Dr. Sharone Shamir grew up in Michigan and moved to the North Shore of Chicago with her family. She earned her doctorate from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) in 2001 where she graduated with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Genetics. 

Dr. Shamir is committed to gentle dentistry and believes in making her patients comfortable both in the dental chair and in the decisions they make about their care. Her areas of special interest include: smile enhancement/cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry.

As a mother of 3 children, Dr. Shamir is deeply dedicated to having a positive impact in the lives of children, making their experience at the dentist fun! She believes that oral health is a key indicator of overall health, well-being and quality of life and therefore teaches her patients at a young age how to care for themselves and value prevention.

Dr. Shamir is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society and Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity. She is looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve the smile you have always wanted.
